Complimentary session aimed at getting to know each other. We will discuss the goals you are trying to accomplish and possible challenges you are facing. Based on this we will explore our personal connection. Because having a connection is essential for an effective coaching relationship and also for a successful collaboration. Once we find our connection, we can plan a follow up meeting to define the possible coaching trajectory and/or consultancy assignment. The time schedule will be determined together.

TIFF© Functionality Scan & Feedback Session

Via a TIFF© Functionality Scan you learn how the Functional Fluency model works and how to apply it. This can enable you to increase your self-awareness and understanding, build effective relationships and enhance your (inter)personal effectiveness.
By filling in an online questionnaire (20-30 minutes) you get insight in how you are putting your energy to use and how effective you are at this moment. It is like a snapshot wherein you get to know your own behavioural patterns and preferences. This can help you to appreciate and acknowledge your own behaviour.
Your TIFF© profile is then discussed in an elaborate one-on-one feedback session of 1-2 hours. Herein we thoroughly explore your TIFF© profile and co-create a first list of actions fitting your personal and/or organizational goals.
Next to a personal TIFF© Functionality Scan there is also the possibility of doing a group/team scan. For this the additional option that makes it is possible to plot several TIFF© profiles into one group/team overview can be used. In this case for the feedback sessions a combination can be made between individual one-on-one sessions, a plenary group feedback session and/or multiple group sessions.

Denkend aan Holland zie ik - Expat Repatriation Workshop

Repatriation is underestimated by many. During this training you will gain insight into the impact of remigration, going back 'home'. You will become aware of a number of surprises that going back can entail. In combination with several useful practical tips and tricks, this awareness can help you with an easier re-entry in your home country.

Bon Bini na Curaçao - Expat Emigration Workshop

Are you or do you know someone who has not lived on Curaçao for very long?! And would you like to get to know other people who have also just arrived on the island and exchange first impressions, then this is the workshop for you! During the workshop we have in depth conversations with each other and share experiences. In addition, the process you go through during an emigration will be explained and we will assess in which phase you are. The training concludes with some useful tips for a Dushi Bida.
